A Civil Action
For your essay, write a 2 page paper that answers the following questions:
1. How does the movie do in depicting the tedious nature of discovery (finding evidence, witness testimony, etc.)
2. How does the movie depict the savage world of settlement in civil cases?
3. Can you put a dollar amount on suffering?
4. Are civil cases worth accepting from the point of view of a personal injury lawyer?

ReplyDeleteHey Blais, did you know that James Gandolfini, who plays the plant worker in the movie that was also in The Sopranos, was also in a tv version of 12 Angry Men in 1997 and in a movie called The Juror in 1996? I guess he likes court dramas.
